A Theatre Show (2023)

Homepage

A play from Marco Biasioli and Precarious Theatre exploring the challenges faced by contemporary artists and the lengths they are prepared to go to in order to produce art. Centered around four theatre makers who decide the only logical way to fund the performance of their work is to become criminals, A Theatre Show wonders whether art is really worth the sacrifice.

Returning to the stage with Precarious Theatre, David Allen and Francesca Maria Izzo star as Billy and Emma with Lydia Waller and Joe Williamson as Jade and Carl - the four actors who take their fate into their own hands and seize the means of fame. Daniel Short joins the cast as the actors' provocateur, tormentor and victim. A Theatre Show will be bringing it's energetic mix of tragedy and comedy to The Kings Arms where it will premiere as part of the Greater Manchester Fringe before moving onto The Camden People's Theatre as part of the Camden Fringe.
